Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of £2,942,686 (approximately $3,701,781 at the time of conversion) to the Effective Ventures Foundation (EVF) to support the Centre for Effective Altruism, which works to build and support the effective altruism community.
This follows Open Philanthropy’s November 2023 support and falls within its focus area of Global Catastrophic Risks Capacity Building.
