The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $400,000 to Gamechanger Labs via the Movement Voter Fund at the Tides Foundation to support student and community organizing to reduce incarceration. Gamechanger Labs intends to use these funds to organize convenings, hire support staff and a digital communications strategist, and support local youth and student organizations working on criminal justice reform issues.
This is a renewal of Open Philanthropy's previous support, and falls within its focus area of criminal justice reform.
