The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $45,000 to Citizens for Juvenile Justice (CfJJ) for general support. This grant represents a renewal of Open Philanthropy’s 2017 grant recommendation to CfJJ, and will allow it to continue advocating for reforms to the juvenile justice system in Massachusetts, in particular, raising the age of criminal court jurisdiction to 21.
This grant falls within Open Philanthropy’s focus area of criminal justice reform.
